Specification Sales Manager- RADA
Field based covering the South East of England.
Base salary of up to circa £55K subject to skills and experience, plus sales bonus, company car and other benefits to be discussed on application.

Role Overview
Join a high-performing Commercial Specification team where you’ll help drive the adoption of Rada’s innovative solutions. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll build strong relationships across the specification chain and grow a healthy long-term project pipeline.
Your goal is to clearly communicate the Why Rada value proposition and influence key decision-makers across sectors such as Healthcare, Sport & Leisure, and Student Accommodation.
You’ll act as a trusted expert for architects, consultants, contractors, and end users—shaping specifications, winning new business, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and convert a 1–5 year project pipeline, identifying new and existing opportunities across key commercial sectors and aligning activity with Rada’s strategic goals.
Manage strategic accounts, creating account plans and driving collaboration across multiple customer functions.
Understand customer needs and create compelling proposals using product ranges, pricing, and service packages to deliver clear ROI and competitive advantage.
Build trust and strong relationships across the full specification chain, managing customer interactions to deliver positive outcomes for the UK business.
Promote digital water management solutions, including touchless systems and smart monitoring platforms.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to deliver tailored service packages and best‑in‑class aftercare.
Use the CRM system effectively for customer management, pipeline tracking, project reporting, and activity logging.
Produce accurate monthly forecasts based on pipeline conversion to support demand planning.
Skills/Requirements
Proven track record in commercial product or technical B2B field sales.
Strong understanding of the commercial bathroom sector and/or building services.
Ideally experienced in:
Early-stage project specification with clients, architects, consultants, AE’s, infection control teams, and M&E contractors.
Developing and growing business across priority sectors such as Healthcare, Care Homes, Leisure, Student Accommodation, Hospitality, MOD, and secure facilities.
Solution selling and ROI modelling.
Generating leads proactively and building long-term project pipelines (1–5 years).
Managing CRM systems, including pipeline, calls, and activity tracking.
Competent with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Full, clean driving licence.

Proven ability to close deals and guide prospects through the full sales cycle.
Consistent follow-up using CRM tools to support client satisfaction and retention.
Able to analyse market trends and align sales activity with business goals.
About You
A self-starter who is focused, driven, and able to manage priorities effectively.
Comfortable balancing long-term, high-value projects with day-to-day sales activity.
Curious and market-aware, defending specifications from design through to project completion.
A confident communicator at all organisational levels, comfortable in varied commercial environments.
A credible brand ambassador who can tailor solutions and build bespoke specifications from the UK product and service range.
