About our team:
Our team operates in squads, each consisting of a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev Lead, Developers, and Testers. This structure enhances connectivity and allows for faster delivery as all resources work together on dedicated tasks.
About the role:
This position serves as a Software Engineering lead for a specific team of Software Engineers. In addition to writing code on complex systems and applications, this position has direct responsibilities for delivery and line management of core engineering roles within their team.

Responsibilities
Working closely with other Development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs
Implementing development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
Operating in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
Completing complex bug fixes, resolving technical issues, and working with complex data models
Managing your team, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, and giving appropriate feedback
Providing accurate effort and cost estimates for deliverables
Encouraging new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations and empowering them to be accountable
Seeking diverse ideas and perspectives from a variety of sources to create better solutions, products and services
Requirements
- • Expertise in Front End Development Preferably Angular (or) MFE with Angular framework
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Micro Services, and API experience
• Experience with all OAuth2.0 flows, tools and framework
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, or Kinesis.
• Hands-on experience with graph databases such as Neo4j or Neptune, and familiarity with Apache TinkerPop and the Gremlin query language (preferred; nice to have)
• Experience with AWS Stack and more importantly Services like SQS/SNS, Opensearch, Lambda, AppSync, EC2, S3, RDS
• Strong Experience working with databases (Elastic/RDBMS/MariaDB/MySQL/NoSQL)
• Deep expertise and best-practice in architecture design across application, data, and infrastructure domains.
• CICD pipelines leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and Git Actions
• Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).• Strong experience with various resource models such as Managed Services and/or Staff Augmentation.• Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.• Test-driven development.
