FM Senior Admin Assistant in London, United Kingdom

We are currently looking for a full-time team-oriented individual to join our Division Claims Team. The role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Claims Division Manager based in the UK and the wider Claims Teams across Europe and Asia Pacific offices.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Diarymanagement includingorganisinginternational travel arrangements, thorough itineraries, and daily schedules

  • Development andfinalisationof PowerPoint presentations including researching and arrangingappropriate dataand material

  • Creating ad hoc reports from a variety of tools/systems and presenting data graphically for presentations 

  • Navigating and extracting data from a variety of internal corporate systems

  • Compiling data for quarterly and monthly reports, and client meetings

  • Expense management

  • Monitoring and handling routine email and internal and external telephone calls 

  • Ad-hoc administration tasks as requested

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative support experience supporting managers and/or a team ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

  • First rate attention to detail with the initiative to solve complex problems

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with experience of working across time zones and geographies

  • Proven experience of complex diary and travel arrangements

  • Excellent time management, planning, prioritization, and organization skills

  • The ability tooperateas a team player but also the ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

  • Highly proficient use of MS Office, in particular the ability to create complex PowerPoint presentations and with advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent English writing and numericalproficiency. Fluency in another European language a plus
