  • Direct configuration and management of Common Data Environment systems, ensuring proper information exchange and compliance

  • Support Information Managers in CDE configuration and alignment with information exchange processes

  • Ensure adoption and compliant use of project CDE systems across all project elements

  • Own definition of BIM Execution Plans and liaise with GIS and BIM specialists to respond to EIR requirements

  • Ensure Master Information Delivery Plans are agreed and managed per framework requirements

  • Assess delivery team capacity and capability related to information delivery

  • Oversee information delivery assurance as per agreed acceptance criteria

BIM Delivery Track Responsibilities:

  • Lead assessment and implementation of digital tools to support Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)

  • Support verification of BIM/digital delivery capabilities needed for Engineering, Consenting and Construction processes

  • Work with teams to define and implement digital integration of data, systems and processes

  • Participate in development and customization of software tools including CAD-GIS integration requirements

  • Support integration of digital design technologies into project workflows and automated design processes

  • Support assessment and implementation of immersive visualisation software, 3D reality capture and VR/AR technology

  • Provide technical support for digital engineering technologies, BIM software, and 3D graphics applications

Leadership & Development Responsibilities (All Candidates):

  • Establish training programmes and communication materials to ensure consistent delivery standards
