About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative you will be the driving force behind our Sales function, responsible for setting up qualified meetings with Talent Acquisition and HR executives at leading businesses. We're looking for the right person to join our sales team; someone passionate, tenacious, and results-driven.
Your first 3-6 months
● Learn about Eightfold's products & value proposition
● Familiarise yourself with the tools necessary for success: Salesforce, Salesloft, Vidyard, Zoom
● Build strong relationships with Account Executives, Systems Engineers & Marketing team counterparts
● Strategise with our Enterprise team to identify quality sales opportunities across target accounts
● Excite prospects about becoming Eightfold customers and communicate the benefits of our industry-leading AI technology
Your first 6-18 months
● Continue to develop your core skills & product knowledge
● Evangelise Eightfold across the Talent Acquisition, D&I, and HR communities
● Understand what it takes to meet & exceed your individual & team goals
● Expand your knowledge of role types in Sales & the wider teams
● Partner with a mentor & set yourself goals for the next steps in your career
What We’re Looking for
● 6+ months of sales or related experience, but we’ll consider candidates looking to start their first sales role
● Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
● Huge bonus points for a passion for diversity & inclusion and/or recruiting
● Competitive and goal-oriented
● An always positive approach to work with a constant desire to win
● Passion for selling and the ability to communicate our value

● Excellent communication skills, with fluency in another European language welcome
