Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
9 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a related generalist role
2 years of experience in utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) analytics to identify trends and present insights to the leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience as a subject-matter-expert in UK and US employment law, including experience resolving complex litigation cases independently.
4 years of experience in a technology or Research and Development (R&D) organization.
3 years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing teams in a global environment.
Experience leading the HR process redesigns or operational improvement projects.

Responsibilities
Lead and coach the People Experience and Delivery (PXD) Partner team, managing prioritization, performance, and onsite operations to ensure strategic delivery.
Ensure managers and leads receive expert consultation while overseeing strategies and operating models that enhance the employee life-cycle.
Drive a data-informed culture by using analytics to identify trends, streamline processes, and implement AI-driven automation for greater efficiency.
Cultivate influential relationships across the Unit and Google to align people initiatives and advocate organizational change through stakeholder management.
Analyze workforce metrics (like performance) to deliver interventions that improve manager and lead effectiveness and overall organizational health.
