Mars Health and Wellness Business Operations Manager T2 (Assignment 12 months) in London, United Kingdom
The role is accountable for leading the strategic business planning and decision-making process across the UKI H&W business, including ownership of the S&OP+ process, to enable robust, integrated, and insight-led decisions.
What will your key responsibilities be?
Prepare agenda and facilitate decision making by the H&W UKI Leadership Team and develops escalation cases to raise to the regional S&OP+ process.
Proactively managing any risks & opportunities through effective and collaborative communication with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including the regional Leadership Team.
Identify gaps, drive change management as required, hold step owners & facilitators accountable for delivering best practices.
Identifying the next phase of efficiency, data led decision making to drive NSV and profit and ensuring the processes reflect this next stage.
Understand and deliver against the key activity management priorities for the UKI across a 3 year time horizon. This will include portfolio, activity and wider business projects including I.T, capability and process implementation.
What do we need from you?
Experience of project management work, cross functionally and a broad range of projects, delivering on time and in full.
Creative and solution focused mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative initiatives and find ways to make our limited budget and resources stretch as far as possible to deliver the best ROI.
A broad knowledge of how businesses run, S&OP+ knowledge preferred.
