Amazon GTM Product Launch Manager, International Product Launch Management in London, United Kingdom

Description

Lead new product launches for Ring and Blink devices, features, and services across International markets (EMEA/APAC). Own end-to-end launch strategy and execution, working cross-functionally to bring innovative products to customers while driving measurable business impact.

This highly visible role requires a collaborative leader who combines customer obsession with technical acumen. You'll be the category expert guiding teams across Strategy, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, Legal, PR, and Customer Service to deliver launches that delight customers.

Own comprehensive GTM strategy including financial planning, assortment strategy, pricing, and channel distribution

Manage multiple product launches simultaneously across various development stages

Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product and feature roadmaps

Build and manage AI tools to enhance mechanisms and playbooks.

Key job responsibilities

Product Strategy & Launch Leadership

Drive comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy including financial planning, assortment strategy, pricing, and channel distribution across EMEA/APAC markets

Lead cohesive, on-time launch plans spanning product development, sales strategies, and marketing programs

Partner with cross-functional teams to shape long-term and short-term product and feature roadmaps

Serve as the product category expert, guiding teams through key business decisions

Execution & Delivery

Manage multiple product launches simultaneously across various development stages

Develop and present project documentation to leadership to drive decisions and alignment

Own cross-functional coordination through meetings, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

Continuously inspect and improve mechanisms to ensure best-in-class delivery processes

A day in the life

You'll manage a product category with multiple concurrent launches, collaborating most closely with Product, Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain teams.

Your typical day might include:

Reviewing Weekly Business Reviews with leadership, informing and debating launch decisions

Conducting status meetings with Product Managers, Finance, and Category teams on financial strategy and pricing

Performing competitive analysis and coordinating with Creative teams on product detail pages

Partnering with US teams on product assortment strategy and feature prioritisation

Driving decisions across the marketing five P's: Product, Price, Promotion, Placement, and People

Leading cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure on-time delivery of launch milestones

About the team

The Product Launch Management team serves as the hub connecting Product Management, Demand Planning, Finance, PR, Packaging, Marketing, and Customer Service. We're the subject matter experts from PRFAQ through end-of-life, ensuring new products excite and delight customers across international markets.

Our team is unique to Ring International and provides critical coordination across the entire product lifecycle. We work closely with US partner teams while ensuring regional requirements and customer needs are met across diverse markets including EMEA/APAC

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Database like NoSQL, or experience in managing and troublshooting network
