Mars EU Ready Meals Senior Marketing Manager in London, United Kingdom
Job Description:
In order to reach our goal of sustainable quality growth of +2-3% in Food & Nutrition Europe, Ready Meals is our n°1 big bet. We successfully created the category in the UK market hence have the strong ambition to further accelerate growth and expand intensively across Europe.
The European Ready Meals Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for defining this multi-brands (Ben's, Dolmio, SuziWan) growth platform strategy and plans; and deliver against the 5-years platform financial ambition in Europe.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the European Ready Meals platforms financials deliverables (NSV, MAC, Earnings – 5 yrstimeframe).
Acts as the key member of theregional marketingteam to shape and inspire behind the Ready Meals portfolio of brands strategy and plan.
Owning the Flywheel Growth Model diagnosis and transformational lever strategy for the ready meals platform in Europe.
Collaborating with the Brand directors to ensure brand strategy fits within and is aligned to the total portfolio strategy.
Defining Markets & Channel Expansion in partnership with Category and CMI teams.
Defining the annual communication , media and customer activation plans including digital/social mediain partnership with the Brand teams; and the innovation pipeline needs in partnership with the global team.
Owns in-year diagnosis of the regional business results (incl. P&L analysis), recommends the action plan to meet financial targets based on the understanding of the local markets performance.
Experience/background required:
Significantexperience ina marketing or one demand role.
Analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights (flywheel management).
Marketing functional skills: communication lead, innovation management, performance analytics.
Track recordin successfully developing compelling strategies and plans.
Good balance of consumer and customer orientation.
