Data AnalystOur Data & AI team is made up of curious, client‑focused professionals who help organisations turn data into insight, decisions, and action. You’ll play a critical role in shaping data‑driven products and solutions, ensuring they are well‑defined, client‑centric, and deliver measurable outcomes.This role is ideal for analytically minded professionals who are curious, collaborative, and motivated by driving meaningful change through data.What you’ll doPartner with clients to understand business problems, opportunities, and priorities, translating them into clear data, analytics, and AI use casesCombine business analysis and data product thinking to define scope, success measures, roadmaps, and requirements for data‑driven solutionsAnalyse source systems, APIs, and data feeds, assessing data quality, structure, and suitability for analytics and AI use casesDesign and document analytics‑focused data models, including dimensional models and star schemasProduce source‑to‑target mappings, business rules, and transformation logic to support data engineering and analytics deliveryWork closely with data engineers, architects, and AI specialists to ensure requirements are well understood and effectively deliveredEngage confidently with both business and technology stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and translator between worldsSupport the evolution of data products over time, incorporating feedback, learning, and changing business needs
