In this indirect role, you will work closely with Accenture to identify and drive Microsoft-based digital transformation opportunities within their client accounts. Rather than direct sales, your focus will be on supporting Accenture's sales efforts and growing Avanade's business within their established client relationships within the retail sector. In support of our continued growth, we are looking for an Avanade Client Account Lead to capitalize on our capabilities and value within Accenture-led accounts. Our goal is to grow net client acquisition and core business by driving a collaborative growth strategy and supporting Accenture's sales and revenue targets. As an Indirect CAL, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring these objectives are met in the Retail sector. Key ResponsibilitiesIf you are looking for a strategic and collaborative role in technology sales, this position offers an exciting opportunity. You will help clients realize business value from the Microsoft platform while working alongside Accenture, leveraging their client relationships to drive technical thought leadership. You will also position cloud modernization, security, AI-driven solutions, and large-scale transformation projects within Accenture's accounts, ensuring clients benefit from seamless Microsoft technology adoption. You will collaborate with Accenture's account teams to drive Microsoft-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategies and successful execution. Your role involves working across sales, delivery, and innovation to enhance client transformation efforts and establish Avanade as a trusted partner within Accenture-led accounts. As a Client Executive, you will incarnate the "Sell while Deliver" approach, mixing Delivery/Program/Project Management with Business Development. You will lead project teams and/or programs and will be accountable for the overall management, planning, and delivery of assigned projects/programs. This role will be responsible for leading client partnership and the successful delivery of the services and corresponding customer satisfaction. Build and execute strategic account plans in partnership with Accenture to drive Microsoft-focused growth within the Retail sector.Act as a trusted advisor, engaging C-level stakeholders to shape and drive digital transformation strategies. Support Accenture's sales efforts by providing expertise in Microsoft cloud, security, and AI solutions. Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within Accenture's client base. Ensure deal compliance, contract negotiation, and financial performance alignment. Advocate for emerging Microsoft technologies and thought leadership within Accenture-led client engagements. Drive delivery excellence and client satisfaction by coordinating across Avanade and Accenture teams.
