Overview
We are looking for an Account Director to join our Account Management team. Working into our Senior Client Partner and with room to report directly into our CEO on specific projects or New Business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Leading TTL campaigns for some of our key accounts (remit TBC across the portfolio)
Nurturing and growing trusted client relationships
Supporting Senior leaders with identifying potential organic growth opportunities
Overseeing productions end-to-end
Liaising with our strategist and data experts to provide creative teams with the most
inspiring briefs
Supporting on New Business pitches
Managing finances
Setting up the conditions for creativity to flourish
Qualifications
WHAT CORE SKILLS WE ARE AFTER

Adept communicator - strong interpersonal skills; can build relationships of influence.
Tenacious - able to operate in a fast-moving start-up environment; willing to roll sleeves up to make things happen.
Entrepreneurial - displays instinctive spirit to develop opportunities and drive growth on account; thinking outside the box to get to the best creative work.
Creatively-minded - passionate about the work and going the extra mile to help create the best creative possible.
Can operate on different levels - able to zoom out and see the bigger picture on the account, whilst caring enough about the details to get these perfect and build foundations of trust.
Team-builder - someone who cares about building an agency culture, and being part of growing a business.
