The job
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused ABM Practitioner to design, scale, and execute Account-Based Marketing plans across selected accounts in EMEA.
This role sits at the core of our integrated marketing engine—partnering closely with sales, industry marketing, and our ABM CoE to run workshops, build content and activate high-value target accounts and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
You will lead the end-to-end ABM strategy across priority accounts, translating account insights into highly personalized, multi-channel engagement programs that accelerate deal velocity and unlock new business growth.

Key responsibilities
Define and lead the EMEA ABM strategy aligned to priority industries, target account lists (TAL), and growth objectives
Partner with sales leadership and industry teams to identify, prioritize, and validate high-value target accounts
Design and execute personalized, multi-channel ABM programs across digital, events, content, and sales-led engagement
Orchestrate cross-functional teams (sales, campaign marketing, partners, SDRs/LDRs, digital) to ensure coordinated account engagement
Embed ABM into integrated industry campaigns to maximize impact
Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline within target accounts
Accelerate deal progression and increase win rates through targeted engagement strategies
Align closely with sales on account plans, opportunity strategies, and pipeline priorities
Lead management on targeted accounts
Leverage data and insights (CRM, intent data, account intelligence) to inform targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies
Track and report ABM performance across engagement, pipeline, and revenue metrics
Continuously optimize programs based on performance insights and feedback loops with sales
Act as the ABM subject matter expert within EMEA marketing
Partner with global ABM and campaign teams to align strategy and share best practices
Enable and support regional teams to adopt and scale ABM approaches
Measurable contribution to marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
Increased engagement and progression across target accounts
Strong sales alignment and adoption of ABM programs
Scalable ABM frameworks embedded into industry campaigns and GTM motion
Essential requirements
Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue outcomes
Experience working in complex, matrixed, global organizations
Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and sales alignment
Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes
