HR / Admin Assistant | Logan,UT

Nexeo is hiring a temporary HR/Admin Assistant to support a short-term document scanning and organization project. This role focuses on handling confidential employee paperwork,scanning documents,and properly organizing digital files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,comfortable working on their feet,and understands the importance of safeguarding sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Scan employee confidential documents,including I-9 forms
  • Save and organize scanned documents accurately on the computer
  • Create folders and name files in a clear,organized manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee information at all times
  • Stand for extended periods while completing scanning tasks
  • Follow instructions carefully and complete work efficiently within the project timeline

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills,including file naming and folder organization
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Reliable and punctual for a short-term assignment
  • Comfortable standing for much of the workday

Specific Requirements

  • Ability to work on-site,Monday Friday,8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the day
  • Must understand and respect confidentiality requirements
  • Assignment is temporary and expected to last 2 3 weeks

Pay Rate

$17.00 per hour

Shift/Schedule

Full Time | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
