Barder Staffing is currently hiring experienced Concrete Laborers for a long-term construction project at Logan-Cache Airport. This is a great opportunity to join a solid crew working on a high-impact project with the potential for continued employment.
Position Overview
This role involves hands-on concrete work including setting forms, grading, and assisting with footing and foundation work for airport hangars and related structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and strip concrete forms
- Assist with grading and site preparation
- Pour, level, and finish concrete
- Support footing and foundation work
- Follow safety guidelines and job site protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of concrete or construction experience
- Ability to lift 75--100 lbs regularly
- Physically capable of performing demanding labor in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to the job site (carpool options may be available for qualified crews)
- Strong work ethic and dependability
Project Details
- Location: Logan, Utah
- Duration: 8 to 12 months (project-based)
- Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary based on project needs)
- Wage: $20 to $25 an hour depending on experience
