WWT Poland is looking for a Supervisor Order Management to join our team based in Lodz office.
A Supervisor of Order Management leads a team that is accountable for the successful execution and fulfillment of program specific orders. Reporting to a leader within Order Management, an individual in this role is responsible for overseeing the results produced by his/her team, providing training and direction to employees, monitoring work quality and coaching on performance. This individual also applies a continuous improvement mindset, makes recommendations on process and/or system enhancements and propagates a continuous improvement culture across the team.
Role responsibilities & duties:
Responsible for leading a team of Order Management resources that works to support WWT's end-to-end Order Management Supply Chain function
Train, coach, and contribute to the development of the team on standard policies, procedures and best practices while promoting professional growth
Own the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the team and working cross-functionally to resolve issues that impact performance
Manage staff performance and identifying opportunities for individual and team improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve complex order related issues
Own execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain
Create operational and customer-driven reporting and insights utilizing business intelligence tools to drive action
Engage in direct customer interaction to provide updates, answering questions and responding to requests.
Offer assistance and guidance in Orders Management staffing and hiring decisions
Ensure that new customers and programs are onboarded properly to ensure customer delight
Resolve complex issues across multiple internal functional areas and direct interaction with customers on program specific details.
Promote the World Wide Technology Integrated Management and Leadership tools and concepts
Role requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of supply chain related experience, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role
Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine assignments
Ability to demonstrate a work ethic consistent with WWT's Core Values
Enjoys tackling new challenges and seizing the opportunity to deliver results through hard work
Efficiently and effectively communicates information to promote collaboration
Able to convey ideas clearly and succinctly through written communication

Effectively and efficiently organizes resources to get things done
Treat direct reports fairly, with positive intentions and does not play favorites
Provide clear and productive direction to their team via thorough planning and effective communication
Address challenging management issues with direct reports in a timely manner through effective coaching and difficult conversation framework
Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good command of the English and Polish languages (oral and written).
