Conduent Process Expert with Italian Language (OTC) in Lodz, Poland

The duties will include:
OTC invoicing
Error management
Perform cash allocation activities and factoring
Perform account reconciliation
Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals
SLA assurance
Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate resolution
Comply with all AR policies and procedures
Ability to research, analyze and resolve day-to-day operational issues
Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
Maintain an updated and approved process documentation
Participate in knowledge transfer (absorbing knowledge, preparing proper documentation)
Be able to act as back up for Team Leader
Provide support and training to other team members
We are looking for candidates with:
2 years of experience in OTC
Professional level of Italian and English language (at least B2)
MS Office (Excel) skills
Good analytical and multitasking skills
Process Improvement / Innovation / Transformation experience
High motivation, proactiveness and flexibility
Teamwork & communication skills
