Philips Order Management Specialist with Italian in Lodz, Poland
Job title:
As an Order Management Specialist with Italian, you will be responsible for managing customer orders ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on‑time fulfillment while acting as a key interface between markets, factories, and internal stakeholders. You will be working closely with Market Sales representatives, Customer Project Managers, Factories and Logistics. This role requires daily collaboration across multiple functions and geographies.
Your role:
Managing customer orders in SAP and related systems with close collaboration with all stakeholders
Coordinating purchase orders with Philips factories and third‑party suppliers
Acting as the primary operational contact for Italian market stakeholders, including Customer Project Managers and Sales teams
Monitoring delivery milestones (RDD, CDD, CMAD) and proactively managing risks such as material shortages, delays, or order blocks
Supporting issue resolution and escalation related to supply chain, logistics, and invoicing
Ensuring order accuracy, compliance, and timely updates in systems to enable transparency and reporting
Contributing to continuous improvement of order management processes and ways of working
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Previous experience within Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics is a plus
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Good level of MS Office with previous work experience
Good communication skills
English and Italian at B2
Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have
Cultural awareness and proactive behavior
