Sharp Management LLC Project Engineer in Lodi, New Jersey
Project Engineer needed w/Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and one (1 ) year experience as Project Engineer or Project Manager performing following job duties: Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs and drawing updates through project management software Procore. Collaborate in preconstruction procurement processes like estimation, budgeting, buyouts and awarding subcontracts. Review drawings, specifications and project documents to identify discrepancies, unclear details and potential constructability issues early in the project. Use Bluebeam software for detailed material quantity take offs associated with various trades for exact estimation values to negotiate price rates with subcontractors. Obtain reasonable order costs, check on lead times and material coordination as per the buyout schedule to manage deadlines. Prepare project schedule in Primavera P6 software. Oversee site activities with the site supervisor and supporting safety compliance. Use BIM software, MS Project, Sage 300, Viewpoint and On Screen Take Off.
