LOCATION: Starpoint High School

QUALIFICATIONS:
NYS Certification:
Students with Disabilities - 7 to 12 or
Students with Disabilities -- All Grades
DESCRIPTION:Teacher will work as part of an academic team to provide support to students with disabilities in high school classrooms.
The successful candidate will have:
Knowledge and background related to NYS learning standards
Experience with differentiating instruction for students with diverse academic challenges
The ability to meet students' social-emotional and academic needs
Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to work collaboratively as part of a team
COMPENSATION:Per Starpoint Teachers' Association agreement
