Prestige Paving & Sealing Sealcoating Foreman in Lockport, New York
Lockport, NY. Prestige Paving & Sealing. Sealcoating Foreman. FT. Benefits. $27.00- $32.00/Hour.
Responsibilities: Run a 3-man sealcoating crew from start to finish. Complete full daily routes (residential + commercial).
Operate equipment including: Spray system. Ride-on blower. Sealcoating tank/truck. Load and prep truck at the yard each day. Manage crew productivity, job flow, and timing. Ensure clean, professional finished product. Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years sealcoating experience. Proven experience running tight residential routes and commercial jobs. Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving efficiently. Strong work ethic this is a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Valid drivers license. Must live within 20 miles of Lockport.
Production Expectations: This is a production-based role. Foreman must be able to complete full routes and keep crew moving all day. Top performers consistently produce $3,000$5,000+ per day with their crew.
