The Landscape Crew Manager is responsible for leading a team and completing landscape jobs in an efficient manner, while promoting job worksite safety and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship.
Your Qualifications - Minimum 2-3 years experience in landscaping field - Valid drivers license, clean driving record to drive company vehicles - Experience running crews - Dependable with strong work ethic - Knowledge of industry standards and equipment - Attention to details and problem solving - Excellent communication skills
Duties - Using hand tools and operating power tools and power equipment to complete landscape jobs-plantings, trimming/maintenance and hardscapes. - Supervise and lead a small crew of landscapers, providing guidance and instruction as needed - Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition - Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure adherence to standards
