QUALIFICATIONS:NYS 7-12 Earth Science Certification
DESCRIPTION:Teach 8th Grade Science and Earth Science in a middle school setting according to New York State Education Department Learning Standards and building-developed criteria.
The successful candidate will:
Provide engaging instruction to students in a middle school Science classroom
Be an active participant in the community of educators at Starpoint Middle School
Collaborate with Science Department members and the members of a grade level team
COMPENSATION:Per Starpoint Teachers' Association agreement
