Endpoint Support Specialist Regular Full-Time Transit Location, Lockport, NY
Apply Salary Range: $19.00 To $22.00 Hourly Position Summary:
As a team member of the IT Department, the Desktop Support Specialist provides Tier-1 support for the end-user desktop infrastructure, including PCs, laptops, phones, computer applications, and other infrastructure items. This position is responsible for daily HelpDesk support via phone or email under the supervision of the Director of I.T. and Systems Management. Duties include new systems roll out and local travel to branches when required.
This position is part of the Late Friday and Saturday rotation schedules.

Qualifications:
AA/AS degree in computer related field plus two years relevant experience or a BA/BS degree in computer science or related discipline; or the combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position. Requires experience with personal computer equipment. Preferred experience with personal computer word processing, spreadsheet, database, DOS and Windows skills. Bondable upon initial employment and continue to be bondable throughout term of employment.
