Job Description
Join a global leader in sealing and fluid handling systems as a Service Parts Operator. You will engage in diverse processes such as Cutting, Bending, End Forming, Crimping, and Assembling to build finished parts. Detailed instructions will guide you in this important role where efficiency and initiative are key.
Responsibilities
Perform one of the following processes: Cutting, Bending, End Forming, Crimping, and Assembling to build finished parts.
Follow detailed instructions akin to a cooking recipe, including step-by-step guidance, part numbers, and quantities.
Use common sense and critical thinking to solve problems independently.
Understand and follow instructions meticulously to ensure high-quality production.
Learn quickly and adapt to changes in part numbers and quantities while maintaining consistent processes.
Ensure the first finished piece is approved by the team leader to prevent errors.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive.
Proficiency with mics, calipers, and gages.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in roles such as Assemblers, CNC Operators, Tube Benders, and Quality Control.
Experience in building medical devices is advantageous.
Ability to read blueprints is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing atmosphere with long periods of standing. The role requires wearing proper personal protective equipment and understanding equipment safety to prevent injuries. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with mandatory Saturdays from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
