About the Opportunity

TEKsystems is seeking Helpdesk Support Specialists to provide frontline technical support to end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting, customer service, and resolving IT issues through phone and email support in a structured service desk environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues (password resets, access issues, MFA, remote access)
  • Document incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
  • Follow established troubleshooting and escalation procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security and identity verification protocols
  • Use knowledge bases to resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with users to identify and resolve problems
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed
