About the Opportunity

TEKsystems is hiring Claims Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume call center focused on homeowner insurance claims. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage escalated customer interactions professionally.


Schedule & Training

  • Training: Monday--Friday | 8:30 AM -- 5:00 PM (fully onsite)
  • Post-Training Shifts:
    • 9:30 AM -- 6:00 PM OR
    • 10:00 AM -- 6:30 PM
  • Hybrid eligibility after 30 days of taking calls (based on performance)
  • Must meet 95% quality and 85% adherence standards

Key Responsibilities

Handle 40--50 inbound calls daily (claims-related inquiries)

Assist customers with homeowner insurance claims and repair status

Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues

Handle escalated and high-emotion calls professionally

Serve as liaison between homeowner, lender, and third-party partners
