Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and experienced Landscaper to join our team in Livingston, NJ. The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoors, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a crew to create and maintain beautiful residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include regular lawn maintenance, spring/fall cleanups, planting, and seasonal tasks like snow removal.Key Responsibilities • Lawn Care & Maintenance: Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, hedging, and weeding. • Planting & Care: Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers; apply fertilizer, mulch, and pesticides as directed. • Site Prep & Cleaning: Clear debris, leaves, and trash from sites, walkways, and garden beds. • Equipment Operation: Safely operate commercial mowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws. • Hardscaping/Construction: Assist with installation of pavers, stone walkways, patios, and retaining walls (if applicable). • Seasonal Duties: Perform spring/fall clean-ups and, if applicable, snow removal/salting services during winter months. • Client Interaction: Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with clients or supervisors. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional landscaping or groundskeeping experience. • License: Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred. • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work long hours in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). • Reliability: Proven ability to show up consistently and on time. • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of plant health and horticulture is a plus. • Availability: Must be available for a Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional weekends as needed.What We Offer: • Competitive weekly pay. • Opportunities for career growth (Crew Leader positions). • Ongoing training and skill development.
