Echelon Supply & Service Warehouse Associate - Picking, Forklift in Liverpool, New York

Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment using pick tickets and handheld devices
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move and organize inventory
Process incoming and outgoing UPS shipments, including packing and labeling
Perform inventory put-away and maintain organized, accurate storage locations
Use computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies as needed
Assist with other warehouse and operational areas when time allows
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior warehouse or picking experience; forklift experience required (certification a plus)
Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse systems
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Flexible and willing to support other areas of the business as needed
Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic with clear and effective communication skills
