Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $25 - $29 per hour (W2)
We are seeking a “Administrative Assistant IV” to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant IV provides high-level administrative support to Director-level leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Director-level management (calendar management, expense reporting, meeting coordination, etc.)
Lead and support site engagement planning and execution activities
Coordinate office services and support special projects
Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate meeting logistics
Draft and compose professional correspondence
Greet and direct visitors and manage incoming phone calls
Conduct research and special studies; prepare reports and recommendations
Support supervision and coordination of clerical staff as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Highly detail-oriented and well-organized with strong follow-up skills
Ability to manage and track multiple requests effectively
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience providing administrative support at the Director level
