Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as an organizational leader in developing and maintaining implementation roadmaps by negotiating outcomes and timelines with management and technical teams
Builds and maintains cross-functional teams communication channels and alignment to achieve the goals
Works on building timelines, prioritizes team efforts, and utilizes resources and tools for the purpose of projects’ delivery
Bridges the conceptual gap between the technical and management teams
Participates in identifying skill gaps across teams and arranges the needed knowledge transfer and training sessions in an effort to mitigate constraints based on knowledge gaps
Works alongside the team to ensure that the goals and objectives are sensible, attainable, and ordered based on priorities/capacity
Collects and monitors team and project performance data to identify areas of improvement and optimization
Studies the need of resources and tools for specific projects for the purpose of projects’ timely delivery
Leads the scrum and technical teams in self-organization
Leads the team to reach an agile/scrum maturity
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business/project /engineering management, IT and Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, or a related certification
2+ years of experience in managing agile projects (software development projects, cloud engineering projects, automation tools and observability projects)
Skills and Qualifications:
Hands-on data analysis and projects KPIs build
Hands-on quality control tools and techniques (6 sigma, Kaizen, or Lean)
Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements, quickly identify problems, and collaboratively find creative solutions
Ability to assist in documenting requirements as well as resolve conflicts or ambiguities
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of the software development life cycle in any of the following environments: Agile, SAFE, Waterfall, etc
Hands-on DevOps Experience and ability to manage CI/CD pipelines
Stays relevant through ongoing trainings, conferences, or education in one or more of the following disciplines:
Security Capabilities
Business Intelligence
Software Quality
Data Modeling, Classification, and Control
Management/Financial Analysis and Reporting
Good knowledge of the telecom networks, platforms, systems and tools build processes and projects’ deployment and operations structure
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring that our products and services meet our high operational excellence standards
Document all aspects of the project including requirements, risks, issues, project schedules, and meeting agendas/notes
Quickly escalates issues to other groups or departments where support is needed and tracks for resolution and completion
Agile project management tools like Jira and confluence
Google Suit
MS office
Project management tools like MS Project
Process development application: Draw.io , Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $118,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
