Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly-motivated and strategic Senior Program Manager to support the Executive Vice President (EVP). This high-impact, individual contributor role will lead and drive strategic initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and exceptional operator who can toggle between long-term vision and tactical execution. From day one, this role will have an immediate impact on organizational productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between teams. This position requires a person who is adept at influencing without formal authority and exercising discretion in handling confidential information.
You would support our EVP, Group President - Retail Wireless.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner directly with the EVP to prioritize initiatives, streamline decision-making, and ensure focus on strategic goals
Manage the execution of strategic projects and lead coordination across multiple stakeholders
Own the content and preparation of all materials for executive-level reviews and governing bodies; includes filtering, synthesizing, and curating pre-read and presentation content for the Board of Directors and Executive Committees
Oversee critical organizational processes, including annual planning, year-end review processes with direct reports (SVP-level leaders), and budget management
Drive the organizational rhythm by coordinating agendas, attending key executive meetings to log actions and notes, and ensuring proactive adherence to timelines, deadlines, and expectations by holding leaders across the business accountable
Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the EVP, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and effective implementation of strategic decisions
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-impact role such as Strategic Planning, Business Operations, Program Management
Proven experience working directly with senior executives in a strategic capacity
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present information clearly and concisely
Strong project and program management skills with a track record of successfully delivering cross-functional initiatives
High degree of proactivity and attention to detail required for managing complex schedules, logistics, and follow-up across multiple senior stakeholders
Data analysis expertise and financial acumen (e.g., budget management)
Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environment
A high level of professionalism and discretion

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
