Amergis Acute Rehab RN - 36 Nights - Littleton, CO in Littleton, Colorado
The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting patients in attaining and maintaining Amergisum function due to chronic illness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recovery process, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
One year prior professional nursing experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
An acute inpatient rehab nurse provides hospital-level care to patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic surgery, spinal cord injury, and other medically complex conditions. This is a fast-paced, STAT-driven environment where falls are a common risk, so strong clinical awareness and quick response are essential.
Success on this unit depends heavily on teamwork, communication, and contributing to a positive, supportive culture alongside therapy and nursing staff. The ideal clinician is adaptable, collaborative, and committed to helping patients safely regain function and return home.
Opening: Acute Rehab RN
Local Pay: $49-51
Travel Pay (with stipends): $2,201/wk
Location: Littleton, CO
Setting: Rehab/LTAC
Shift: Nights - MUST REMAIN 100% FLEXIBLE ON DAY OF THE WEEK SCHEDULED
Hours: 36/wk
Start: ASAP 2 weeks post offer
Duration: 8 weeks
