Job Description
With the ongoing expansion of our business, we are hiring a Director to support the New Region & Multicloud team within the Data Center Infrastructure organization. This role will be responsible for working across various stakeholders within Oracle Clound Infrastructure (OCI) to ensure all planning activities (such as design, material orders, networking connectivity, etc.) are completed on-time to ensure there are no bottlenecks for execution teams. The ideal candidate can manage fast paced delivery while leveraging their proven leadership and program management capabilities. This is a high impact role that will lead a highly motivated team through the end-to-end lifecycle required to successfully deliver the next generation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day you can expect the following:
Manage a diverse team of Technical Program Managers; coaching, mentoring, and leading the team while providing opportunities for career growth
Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are regional in nature, understanding dependencies and accounting for complexity relative to scope/schedule and budgets
Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved effectiveness of the organization
Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Project Management, Program Management or proven technical equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, and leading a team
Experience with varying scenarios of data center infrastructure builds and network augmentations.
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical and electrical systems)
Ability to inspire confidence in executive leaders and motivate team members
Experience leading through ambiguity; proven track record of implementing solutions that improve delivery
Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across teams
Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
