Our Core Values: Position Overview: As a Crew Technical Training Specialist, you will partner with the Operations & Training teams on support employees focused on smooth transition from classroom onboarding to the production floor. This role is responsible for coordinating site training initiatives and objectives; focused on reducing downtime, increasing efficiency and increasing employee competencies. The Crew Technical Training Specialist will be serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for the area in which they are assigned. Maintaining a current understanding of equipment, procedures and process will be critical to the success of this role. As a member of the training team this role will require the ability to maintain, edit and review training documentation, audit department procedure and training materials, and validate understanding of training materials. Responsibilities: *Serve as an embedded Technical Training resource on assigned shift/crews. *Conduct Read-See-Do verification to confirm skill mastery and support employees trough onboarding to production floor in area. *Serving as a subject matter expert, this role will serve as a resource for operations employees, fostering excellence in manufacturing operations. *Provide mentorship and coaching to employees throughout their first 90 days of employment. *Make suggestions, design and develop training material (procedures, SOPs, OPLs, guides, visual aids or other materials) to meet learning objectives. *Collaborate with other subject matter experts to teach/learn additional programs and provide idea sharing and feedback. *Verify employees can perform tasks safety, consistently and independently via checkpoints. *Support cross-training and upskilling initiatives based on skill assessments and needs of the business. *Work with L&D...
