1st Shift Production Associate
Job Overview
Join a collaborative production team where you’ll work hands‑on in a clean, modern, and temperature‑controlled environment. This role offers full training across multiple stages of the converting process, with a clear pathway to advance into a Lead Operator position. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily production goals.
Participate in comprehensive training to learn all stages of the converting and production process.
Progress toward a Lead Operator role through structured on‑the‑job training.
Perform packaging, inspection, and machine operation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Operate a forklift as needed to support material movement and workflow.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
