FP& A Manager – Manufacturing Finance
We are seeking an experienced FP& A Manager to partner closely with manufacturing, operations, product, and supply chain teams within a product‑driven environment. This role focuses on product costing, margin analysis, forecasting, and operational decision support, making it ideal for finance professionals with strong manufacturing exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the finance business partner for a global manufactured product portfolio
Own budgeting and forecasting for volume, revenue, COGS, margin, and cost initiatives
Analyze product‑level profitability including material, labor, overhead, yield, and scrap
Support pricing, mix optimization, and make‑vs‑buy decisions
Lead standard cost updates, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives
Build financial models to support new products, capital projects, and CI/Lean efforts
Present monthly manufacturing and product performance results to leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
7+ years of FP& A or manufacturing finance experience
Strong understanding of standard costing and manufacturing cost drivers
Proven experience partnering with operations and plant leadership
ERP and Power BI experience preferred
