Aerotek Assembler 1st Shift in Lititz, Pennsylvania
Job Title: Final Assembler Job Description
Manually and precisely assemble components into a final product by following work instructions and blueprints.
Responsibilities
Fit cable harnesses, circuit cards, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance.
Complete discreet wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging.
Utilize correct torqueing tools and apply the correct torque during assembly.
Mix, weigh, and apply appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components while maintaining J-Standard certifications.
Utilize computer to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions, wire diagrams, and standard measurements.
Fine manual dexterity.
Ability to operate various machines and hand tools.
Demonstrates high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as a team player within a small team.
Enjoys repetitive and routine work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Blueprint reading.
Experience in light industry.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Experience in assembly, both electrical and mechanical.
Ability to work with microscopes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
