What You’ll Do
Lead and support night shift production operations in an aggregates environment.
Monitor plant performance, resolve production issues, and maintain safe, efficient output.
Guide and develop production team members, reinforcing accountability and safety culture.
Coordinate with maintenance to plan downtime, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience supervising or coordinating teams in a production, industrial, or aggregates setting.
Strong mechanical understanding and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.
Excellent communication and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Work Environment
Outdoor, industrial aggregates setting with exposure to weather, heavy equipment, and high‑noise areas. PPE required. Role involves standing, walking, climbing, and working at heights.
