Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. As a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner, you will be part of the Plant Operations & Human Resources department supporting the manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage Human Resources Department activities as a business partner within the plant organization.

  • Contribute to the development, execution, and communication of effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Innovate HR practices, policies, and processes to create measurable business results.

  • Improve HR administrative work efficiency, promote transactional work transfer, and eliminate unnecessary activities.

  • Support community engagement and lead corporate social responsibility initiatives, including compliance.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • Eight (8)+ years of generalist manufacturing experience, including management roles at multiple plants.

  • Expertise in recruiting, labor & employee relations, investigations, LOA management, and employee development.

  • Business proficient English skills required; bilingual in Spanish (speak, read & write).

  • Ability to connect HR work directly to the business and adapt to various situations.

¿Cuál es el trabajo?

  • Gestionar las actividades del Departamento de Recursos Humanos como socio comercial dentro de la organización de la planta.

  • Contribuir al desarrollo, ejecución y comunicación de estrategias de RRHH alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.

  • Innovar prácticas, políticas y procesos de RRHH para crear resultados comerciales medibles.

  • Mejorar la eficiencia del trabajo administrativo de RRHH, promover la transferencia de trabajo transaccional y eliminar actividades innecesarias.

  • Apoyar la participación comunitaria y liderar iniciativas de responsabilidad social corporativa, incluyendo cumplimiento.

¿Qué se necesita?

  • Licenciatura en RRHH, relaciones laborales, negocios o campo relacionado; preferentemente maestría.

  • Ocho (8)+ años de experiencia generalista en manufactura, incluyendo roles de gestión en múltiples plantas.

  • Experiencia en reclutamiento, relaciones laborales y de empleados, investigaciones, gestión de licencias y desarrollo de empleados.

  • Habilidades en inglés con competencia empresarial; bilingüe en español (hablar, leer y escribir).

  • Capacidad para conectar el trabajo de RRHH directamente con el negocio y adaptarse a diversas situaciones.
