Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. *SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: *No experience required. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.
*JOB DUTIES: *Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. This is a temporary, seasonal position supporting greenhouse and outdoor crop production. Workers will assist in a variety of agricultural tasks directly tied to the seasonal cycle of planting, growing, and harvesting. Responsibilities include handling and cultivating plants by transplanting, spacing, arranging, and performing flower removal, sampling, and sticking of cuttings. Workers will also assist with harvesting and preparing plant material for shipment. Packaging duties include selecting, labeling, and boxing plants, folding and stacking boxes, applying stickers, shrink-wrapping pallets, and loading materials using pallet jacks. Greenhouse and field maintenance tasks include cleaning and sanitizing work areas, tools, and equipment, as well as performing seasonal repairs to greenhouse structures such as replacing panels, sealing holes, and installing or repairing shade cloths and insect screening to protect crops. Outdoor agricultural duties involve preparing grounds for planting, setting up irrigation systems, and participating in planting and crop maintenance. Workers may also assist with installing temporary structures to support pest control and regulatory compliance, and perform minor upkeep such as painting. Under supervision, workers will follow instructions for assigned tasks and may be responsible for basic record keeping related to crop handling and task completion.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
