International National Sales Director-Fleet in Lisle, Illinois
Position Overview
International has an exciting position available for a National Sales Director-Fleet for National Fleet.
The National Sales Director-Fleet will report to the VP of National Fleet & Major TEM and be responsible for sales to several of International’s largest accounts.
In this position you will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategies including both revenue and profit growth and will be traveling up to 75%
Responsibilities
Managing our Customer relationships across all functional areas.
Managing all aspects of the order to delivery process.
Work directly with all levels of the customers leadership including sales, parts, service and procurement.
Manage, motivate, train, develop and provide leadership for all direct reports.
Quarterback all aspects of our customer interface for sales, parts and service.
Develop strategies and action plans for assigned customers.
Grow market share, revenue and profit.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of sales experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
Master's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
At least 12 years of sales experience
At least 2 years of lead experience

Salary Minimum: USD $119,200.00/Yr.
Salary Maximum: USD $178,800.00/Yr.
