All About the Team:
The Global Contingent Workforce Management team is looking for a Senior Specialist based in Lisbon to support the delivery and ongoing development of Mastercard’s contingent workforce program across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
This role is focused on supporting the business and our delivery partners through clear processes, effective coordination, and a strong stakeholder experience. You will work closely with internal teams and our managed service provider (MSP) to help ensure the program runs smoothly, scales effectively, and continues to evolve in line with business needs.

All About the Role:
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement, you will:
Partner with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support day‑to‑day delivery, monitor performance, and help ensure a consistent and positive experience for hiring managers.
Act as a regional point of contact for the business and MSP, supporting reporting, issue resolution, and ongoing program improvements.
Work closely with Global Sourcing (Procurement), the Global Business Services Center (GBSC), Legal, and HR partners to support aligned and efficient ways of working.
Contribute to process, system, and supplier enhancements that help improve efficiency, clarity, and scalability across the region.
Support stakeholder enablement and communications, helping to adapt and roll out global materials in a way that works locally.
Assist with mergers and acquisitions activity, supporting the onboarding of acquired populations into existing contingent workforce processes and tools.

Experience supporting contingent workforce operations, talent programs, or HR‑related initiatives.
A good understanding of how large organizations engage non‑permanent talent.
Strong analytical and coordination skills, with the ability to work comfortably with data, reports, and dashboards.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multi‑country environment and build positive working relationships.
A structured, solutions‑oriented approach with an interest in improving processes and stakeholder experience.
Experience using HR systems (such as HCM or ATS platforms).
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and MSP delivery models.
Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
