Job Overview and Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure payment accuracy.
Enter and upload vendor invoices into various workflows/ ERP
Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice
Handle account reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Respond and resolve Users and Vendors inquiries
Assist with month end closing
Work in close collaboration with Accounts Payable Specialist for payment issues and propose actions to avoid them
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Perform controls following corporate procedures and compliance rules
Education and skills :
Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a relevant domain
A first experience working in Accounts Payable process or in Accounting is preferred but not required
Good command of Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus
Analytical and organizational skills
Customer -orientated with good level of problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English (written and spoken), another language is a plus
