TAD PGS, Inc. Plumbing Service Technician in Linthicum Heights, Maryland
We have an Excellent career opportunity for aPlumbing Service Technicianto join a leading Company located in the Linthicum, MD surrounding area.
Salary: $ 83,200 - $114,400
Job Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain underground PVC, cast iron , and ductile iron piping systems.
Install and repair floor drains, cleanouts, and related commercial drainage components.
Install and maintain roof drains and associated piping (PVC and cast iron).
Install and service a wide range of plumbing fixtures including toilets, urinals, sinks, mop/floor sinks, water heaters, and more.
Perform drain cleaning (cabling), operate diagnostic cameras, and use jetters for clearing tough blockages.
Work confidently and safely, either independently or as part of a skilled team.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
8-10+ years of commercial plumbing experience required.
Strong technical proficiency in installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience working on large commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities.
Ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and ensure high‑quality workmanship.
Valid Driver's License.
Journeyman License strongly preferred (not required).
Backflow Certification preferred.
