Open Positions: CNC Operators, Setup Machinists & Programmers
We’re seeking hands-on, quality-driven individuals to join our CNC team across all levels. In particular, we’re looking for experienced Programmers who are willing to program, set up, operate, and mentor others.

CNC Programmer (Journeyman/Senior-Level):
7+ years of programming experience with strong machining skills (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT)
Ability to program, set up, and operate complex multi-axis CNC machines
Deep understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies
Comfortable mentoring and training less experienced operators and setup personnel
Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset
Experience working in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device experience)
