Process Overview*
The Risk and Finance Technology (RFT) organization is responsible for the management and delivery of technology for the bank’s enterprise control functions. We also manage GT&O’s business operations, business process and controls, workforce management, Simplify & Improve (SIM) governance, and initiative and master planning processes.
Job Description*
The individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end solution design, integration strategy, implementation roadmap and modernization of the Banks General Ledger application using OAC technologies. Must have experience in design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
Responsibilities*
Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Optimize and maintain existing OAS reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
Develop data models, subject areas, and data visualizations to support business needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within all reports and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OAS reporting and data sources.
Provide training and documentation for end-users on OAS reporting tools and best practices.
Requirements*
Education*: bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology
Certification if any: NA
Experience Range*: 8 to 12 years
Foundational skills*
8+ years of experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) or Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).
Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
Experience with RPD development, data sources, and security configuration in OAS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desired skills*
Experience with Oracle Cloud Analytics or other BI tools.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of Bitbucket-JIRA.
Experience in managing GL data workflows for actuals/forecast/planning
