Sunpro Corporation in Spanish Fork, Utah seeks for a full-time Truss Foreman.
Job description: Supervise truss-production workers by assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring safety, quality, and specification compliance. Inspect materials and completed trusses, train staff in proper methods and safety procedures, support hiring and performance development, resolve daily work issues, and perform truss-labor tasks as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma and 6 months of experience in hands-on construction or component assembly work. Skills: Ability to read and follow blueprints; safely operate hand and power tools; inspect work for quality and accuracy; install products according to required specifications; adhere to safety protocols and company procedures; and lift up to 50 lbs.
Wage: $53,477/year.
Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm.
