Supervise workers in preparing &serving food; Resolve customer complaints; Compile &balance cash;Present bills and accept payments; Inspect supplies, equipment & work areas; food preparation & serving; Train workers in food preparation& service, sanitation & safety procedures; Supervise & do kitchen & dining area cleaning activities.
