Description
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the Linden, New Jersey area. This contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR operations and recruitment strategy. You will play an integral role in overseeing daily HR functions while focusing on full-cycle recruitment and building a talent strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement effective talent strategies to support organizational growth.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
• Support development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Monitor and assess HR programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, including recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS systems for accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and labor laws.
• Experience with benefit administration and onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop talent strategies and workforce plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. TalentMatch®
